I started volunteering at different animal shelters in South Louisiana when I was in high school. When I turned 20 I started to foster animals from the shelter to help them find homes. That is how I met my best buddy Fred. He is a 9-year-old Basset Hound/ Labrador mix. I have experience pet sitting for family and friends as well as the nice people I meet here on Care. com. I am comfortable caring for multiple pets at one time. I am Red Cross certified for cat and dog first aid. I went out of town for Christmas and found Rebecca to watch my Great Dane/Lab mix and she was great with her! She did everything I asked, and texted me updates on my dog while I was gone! Really appreciate everything she did to care for my dog while I was gone!
