On my mom's side there is a line of teachers going back three generations. Starting in 8th grade I helped my mom as she ran the Howard County Tots program at the YMCA. Of course that was all volunteer work but I loved it. On my profile I put that I only had 5 years of experience. This is because that is the amount I have had professionally as a daycare assistant, childcare provider, family photographer and art tutor. Of course in all the jobs I have had over the years I have had the chance to connect with families through various ways. I have had the chance to work with children from 3months to 12 years of age.
