About Rebecca

We hired Rebecca to care for our senior parents. She got back to me quickly, was able to provide references, and she was the answer to our prayers! She is conscientious, kind, respectful, and dependable. She quickly got all my parents' doctor appointments on her calendar to make sure that they wouldn't be missed and she arranged her schedule to make sure that she could bring my parents to their appointments. She provided updates to my sibling and I on my parents' health issues and what she did to assist my parents that day. She took care of everything that was asked of her. She treats my parents with kindness, dignity, and respect. It is very obvious how much she cares about doing a good job and how much she cares about my parents. My parents, my siblings, and I all like Rebecca a lot! She is sweet and she is the person that you want to have caring for your loved ones. One of my parents has limited mobility, and Rebecca handled this with aplomb. She was able to help my mom get in and out of the car, and drove her wherever was needed, and helped with errands, shopping, cooking, and some housework. Unfortunately, my father had a medical situation occur that put him in the hospital and physical rehab for two months. Rebecca took my mom to the hospital and rehab for visits with my father and provided us with updates on his medical situation and progress in therapy. Due to dad's unforseen medical issues, we had to reassess my parents' situation and put them in an assisted living facility. As outside assistance is not allowed in my parents' new living situation, we had to let Rebecca go. Rebecca was very gracious about the situation and helped my parents transition into assisted living. If we hadn't needed to put my parents in assisted living, we would still have Rebecca in our employ. She is fantastic!
