About Rebecca

**Availability starts in early January 2025 and will be less than 10 hours per week due to my internship as a therapist!** Hello, my name is Rebecca, and I am thrilled that you are considering me to be a caregiver for your children. I make sure to interact patiently and respectfully with the children in my care, as creating an environment of emotional safety prepares them to take positive creative and academic risks. My professional experience includes nannying in homes and teaching in early childhood classroom settings for several years. This experience has given me hands-on practice in maintaining calm during stressful times, being adaptable, and thinking quickly. I have a BA in elementary education and am pursuing an MS in marriage and family therapy. My academic endeavors have further prepared me to meet your children where they are and provide the enrichment and empowerment they deserve. Due to focusing on graduate school, I am looking for part-time and occasional work.
