About Rebecca

As a passionate and experienced childcare provider with over 14 years of hands-on experience, I am dedicated to nurturing and supporting the healthy development of children. My journey in paid childcare began at age 13 with fulfilling babysitting roles, where I discovered my natural affinity for caring for children and helping them grow into responsible adults. Prior to paid roles, I was a mother's helper. My friendly and approachable nature allows me to connect easily with children and build strong, trusting relationships. I believe in open communication with parents and regularly provide updates about their child's day, either verbally at pickup or through text or phone calls, respecting their preferred communication method. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules and ensuring a safe and structured environment for children. I am a former lifeguard and swim coach and my enthusiasm for outdoor sports and games makes playtime enjoyable and enriching.
