hi! my name is Becca, I have been a childcare provider for 5 years now working both recurring nanny roles and one of babysitting. My passion for fostering children's growth and development led me to this profession, and I find great joy in supporting families and providing a reliable childcare option for them. I believe in calm and responsive childcare, taking into account parents goals for children they're children as well as forming a strong understanding of a child's personality and passions. When it comes to communication with parents, I believe in open and transparent dialogue. I provide verbal updates at pickup, but will align with the parents preferred communication method to ensure they're always informed about their child's day. Regarding household rules, I believe in following the parents' lead and respecting their parenting style. I enforce rules consistently and fairly, always keeping the child's best interest in mind.
