About Rebecca

Children are amazing and honoring the whole child allows them to develop into inquirers, effective communicators and risk takers who seek to understand and positively contribute to the world around them. I am sensitive to the needs of children and connect with them on a personal level. My communication style is supportive, meaningful, clear and direct. I will always respect the structure, routine and behavior expectations set by the parents. I am willing to collaborate with parents regarding structure of environment, routine and behavior exceptions if desired. I have 18 years of experience as a teacher including 7 years as a Large Child Care Center Director and Preschool Teacher. I have been a part time Nanny for toddler for the past year. I love spending time with family, hiking, scrap booking and reading.
