Rebeca has been part of our family now for nearly two years. She came very highly recommended to us by multiple families and started watching our youngest son when he was about 4 months old and has stayed with him all the way up until he was ready for preschool. We have never been sorrier to have lose a nanny. We loved her so much that we even kept her on part time at first when our son started preschool so that he could just do half days. She knows how to strike the balance of working from her experience but also respecting the rules and wishes of each individual family. She cleans, does laundry, grocery runs, and even helps with our older son when he is home because of a day off school— but she has never let housework distract her from her primary role as a caregiver for our son. She takes her role in his development seriously and he loves her for it. She has made herself available for us at short notice and is flexible about when we needed extra hours. I would have no reservations about hiring her again if we were to have another child. I can't recommend her highly enough!
