With a background in industrial engineer, she is one of the most versatile persons I've met. She has too many qualities to list, such as punctuality, genuine care for the quality of work, performance, flexibility, reliability, ethics....! In my years of hiring staff, she ranks number 1 because she has been the most versatile. My children are older and independent, and I have a live in person for my mother, and I'm retired, therefore, I have very little need for her, otherwise, she would still be with me.
