She never cleaned for us: We met with her for an initial interview, which went ok, but I didn’t go into much detail so I sent an email with detail of what we needed for the first time “ deep clean” due to a recent remodeling job. She took offense to it the email for some reason. Our intent was to give more detail about what our “deep clean” needed because we didn’t think of everything. She sent a rather “ rude” response to our email, to our surprise.
