I started working with people who have all types of disabilities. The thing that made me love my job was that I seen how happy I could make 1 or 20 people feel everyday. Being a CNA that works with special needs people is the best thing that I could've ever asked to be and or do. I've learned that everybody learns different and work at a different pace and being around people with special needs brighten my day. I am very passionate about the work I do and the people I help and I look at the bigger picture when I am with a resident. I look at what makes them happy, sad and mad. I also if that I learn from them and that they have made me a much better person and really changed my views on life.
