I am a caregiver & local yoga teacher here in San Diego. I have cared for elderly folk, kids, and adults with specific needs for over 10 years. After completing my education in Social-work and Psychology I worked for 5 years with an east coast based organization which pairs social workers with adults with specific needs, including nonverbal and physically limited folks. After moving to San Diego I pursued a yoga career, while still always working with families and individuals in the care field. I am CRP certified, up to date on all my first aid certifications and vaccinations and am trained in Crisis Intervention through the county of San Diego. I am a reliable careaiver who takes pride in ensuring my clients are receiving the best quality of care! As a caregiver of people with all different needs and personalities I love to invite sensory play, take outings in nature, and explore what activities/foods/settings provoke the most comfort and joy in my clients and embrace those.
