I'm a nurturing and experienced childcare provider with a deep passion for fostering children's growth and development. My journey in this field stems from my desire to make a positive impact on young lives and support families in need of reliable child care. I have over 7 years of experience caring for children of various ages, and I'm comfortable looking after two children simultaneously. My educational background includes a graduate degree, which has further enriched my knowledge of child development and best practices in childcare. As a caregiver, I strive to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children. I'm patient, calm, and have a creative and imaginative approach to play and learning. I believe in open communication with parents and regularly provide written daily reports and verbal updates during pickup, or through the parents' preferred communication method. I respect the importance of household rules and follow the parents' lead in enforcing them.
