About Rayni

I'm Rayni, I'm 24 and a paraeducator in Thurston County. In my various roles in childcare and education i've gained experience in a variety of settings from in home infant care to 5th grade recess monitoring. I have 10+ years of professional experience working with children ages 6 weeks to 7 years old, but have been babysitting since I was a teenager. I would consider myself well experienced with all age groups. As a childcare provider, I have patience and allow space for the children in my care to advocate their needs in the ways they know how. In my spare time I love to go outdoors, I love to create art and read!
