I have over 10+ years of experience working with children - 3 years as an educational assistant working with children ages 3-11 years old, 3 years working for a behavioral health company as a paraprofessional working one on one with autistic children, and 5 years as a substitute teacher. I have been working as a nanny/sitter for the past 6 years and it has been amazing! I love spending time with the little ones, helping them to learn and grow. I love seeing their little personalities shine. I have experience working with infants, toddlers and having multiple children in my care. I come prepared with books, games and crafts. Raylynn has been working with our family for a long time and she was life saver. I’m sad to let her go since our little one will be starting preschool soon. She instantly made a connection with our little one. Our daughter always looked forward to play with Ms. Ray. She has been flexible, worked long hours when we needed and always had a bubbly warm energy. I hired Raylynn when I was a brand new mom and she shared great tips in helping me ease my anxiety in caring for my daughter and working through her milestones. I felt that she has done so much to help my daughter prepare for preschool as well. I highly recommend her and know that your children will be in good hands if you have the opportunity to book her.
