About Raychell

I am a passionate and experienced caregiver with a deep love for fostering children's growth and development. With two years of experience caring for children of all ages, I am comfortable providing a nurturing environment for up to eight children, ranging from infants to preteens. My educational background includes coursework in early child development, and I am certified in CPR and First Aid. I pride myself on being patient, calm, and creative, and I strive to create a fun and engaging environment for children to learn and play. I believe in open communication with parents, and I am happy to follow their preferred method of communication to discuss their child's day or any concerns that may arise. I am also comfortable enforcing household rules as directed by the parents. I require that each client allow me to bring along my 2-year-old. I will provide my child with her own snacks, meals, toys, etc.
