I've been working as a nanny for the last 6 years. Starting as a live in nanny, I worked for multiple families over the last few years. My experience includes working with children age newborn to preteen, caring for multiple children at a time, traveling with families - working as a babysitter, live in/live out nanny and travel babysitter. People would describe me as friendly, optimistic, humorous and outgoing. I'd consider myself adventurous and outdoorsy. Sky diving, swimming with sharks, bungee jumping, hiking, mountain climbing, I love the "not so normal" activities. Working with children is fulfilling. There are numerous advantages to demonstrating dedication to forming relationships with children and families. Being a childcare worker allows you to work on your feet and remain constantly active, allowing you to lead an active daily life. Every day involves a lot of walking and playing with the kids, which can provide an exciting and fast-paced workday.
