I'm passionate about nurturing the lives of children and have dedicated the last four years to providing reliable childcare for families. My experience includes working in various settings, such as gymnastics and dance, daycare, and ABA therapy with children on the autism spectrum. I believe in fostering a positive and supportive environment where children feel safe and encouraged to explore and learn. With patience and creativity, I aim to make each day filled with fun and enriching activities tailored to each child's interests and developmental stage. To ensure open communication with parents, I provide regular updates on their child's day and any concerns that arise. I am flexible in adapting to their preferred communication method, whether it's verbal at pickup, text messages, or phone calls. When it comes to household rules, I believe in following the parents' lead and reinforcing them consistently.
