Rachel has been with us for almost 2 years, starting when our oldest was 8 months old. She continues to take care of him (now almost 2.5 years), as well as our younger son who is 8 months now (starting when he was 3 weeks old). Rachel has a wonderful way with our kids, engaging them in creative activities that are both fun and enriching. Her punctuality, reliability, and help around the house have also been invaluable. We can always count on Rachel to manage daily routines, and she handles every situation with a calm and positive demeanor.
