About Raquel

I am a friendly childcare provider with over 20 years of experience caring for children in one way or another. I'm passionate about fostering the growth and development of children. I believe in open communication with parents. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules, ensuring that children learn and thrive in a safe and structured environment. I enjoy playing outdoors, as well as playing educational games to promote learning. I'm comfortable caring for up to six children of various ages, from infants to preteens. I have a degree in Early Childhood Education, and I'm in the process of obtaining another one in psychology. I was a Registered Behavior Technician and worked with children on the spectrum for 2 years, and I have also worked as a preschool teacher. I have a car, am comfortable with pets, and willing to help with cooking, meal preparation, carpooling, light housekeeping, travel, crafts, and swimming supervision.
