We had a good feeling about Raquel when we interviewed her. We were right. She just got to the house the first day and started doing what she knows how to do. By the end of the first week it felt like she was part of the family. She is helpful by discussing different recommendations for my mom and really motivated mom. She made my mom feel very comfortable.
