My patients always say "I wish I could take you home with me" and this is my opportunity to do that. I'm an expert swaddler, have changed too many diapers to remember, great at burping, and willing to support you on your breastfeeding journey. If you are a first time parent and looking to further educate yourself, I offer a newborn education class called The First 4 Weeks. I will teach you and your partner what to expect and how to prepare for baby prior to delivery and into the first four weeks postpartum. Please feel free to ask me any questions.

Raquel came to our home and worked to prepare us to become new parents. She gave us all the knowledge and hands on learning to make us confident in our new journey as parents. I’d recommend her course to anyone about to become a parent for the first time or a family in need of a refresher course in newborn. She outlined everything from pregnancy, hospital stays, breastfeeding/feeding, important medicine needs, changing diapers, preparing your home for an infant, installing your car seat, newborn sleep, and more.
