About Raquel

I began my journey working with children in 2016 by taking care of my sister's kids. This experience sparked a passion for early childhood education. later in 2022, I was employed as an assistant teacher at an early learning center in Tacoma Community College. I was responsible for the care and education of children aged 1 to 6. I managed groups ranging from 8 to 20 children with diverse backgrounds and ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment. My duties included developing and implementing age-appropriate activities, monitoring child development, and collaborating with colleagues and parents to support each child's growth and learning. I am confident that my dedication, patience, and love for working with children make me a strong candidate. For me, working with children is not just a job; it is a deeply fulfilling experience.
