Raphaela was our nanny for our son from the time he was four months until he was a pre- toddler. Raphaela handled everything for our son from engaging him with new toys and activities to preparing his meals, sleep training, bottle weaning, organizing his clothes and room, doing his laundry and seeking out local activities to occupy his time. She is a conscientious, compassionate and reliable nanny with a natural instinct for children's needs. She knows exactly what to do in any situation. She was instrumental in helping our son achieve milestones and would work with him on mastering new skills such as introducing solids, learning to walk and developing fine motor skills. She kept him engaged and happy throughout the day and always had his best interests in mind. I never once doubted his safety when he was with Raphaela. Her attention was always 100% on our son. She is a skilled nanny and loves what she does (and it shows)!
