Great experience overall! They did a wonderful job caring for my pets, showing so much kindness and attention to their needs. The housekeeping was thorough, and my home looked tidy and refreshed. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that there were a couple of small areas that could have used a bit more attention, but nothing major. I would definitely recommend their services and plan to hire them again!
