Rano was our daughter’s nanny starting at 5 months. I trust her completely. She helped make my transition back to work manageable and I felt at ease knowing our baby was in highly competent and loving hands. She is intuitive with her care, very loving, and also has good boundaries to help shape development and ensure safety. I would recommend Rano to anyone looking for peace of mind with an amazing nanny. She still watches our daughter on occasion and they have a great bond.
