Hello, my name is Randi and I am currently a college student working towards my child development degree. And working on a speech pathology certificate next semester. I have experience caring for children - teens who are diagnosed with Down Syndrome, Autism, ADHD, Speech Impediments, and Cerebral Palsy. I have always been passionate about showing those with special needs how loved they are and being able to experience life with them in whatever way they may need. I am a singer and a musician and I always enjoy bringing that into the lives of those I work with and being able to connect with them through music. I am always looking for new and creative learning experiences to bring to work with me. I am enthusiastic and willing to face any challenge.
