About Randall

I'd describe my personality as easy going, patient, and thoughtful. I like tutoring because I enjoy helping students make progress and have breakthroughs. It's awesome to see someone have that "light bulb moment. " I'm looking for a job where the students are eager to learn. I started tutoring in elementary school, helping my fellow students with their challenges. In my spare time, I like to play games, do outdoor activities, and read. One thing you should know about me is that I am very flexible; I make every effort to adjust my teaching strategies to a particular student. My skills include active listening, communication, and problem solving.
