She worked under me as my aide at a LTC. I’m a nurse. RN 37 years. I love Rana down. She is so young and so smart! Remind me of my granddaughter. I love that she’s so kind and patient with our residents. She truly has the heart for it. She goes above and beyond to help. She doesn’t work here anymore but I’ve recently reached out to her to seek care for my mom- outside of work. She told me to come here. She has been great with my mom. Which I always knew she would.
