Ramsey was FANTASTIC! She is very responsive to texts and calls. We did a quick telephone call to talk about S and discuss details. Our condo was a bit hard to find and she still showed up on time and was very communicative. She was so upbeat and has just a wonderful personality! S loved her immediately! She was also really flexible for us as we were gone a little longer than planned and it was no problem for her. Would highly recommend her and if we are back in town will ask her again! Raquel
