When my family was looking for a person to help my grandmother who was in her late 80 s at the time we decided to let my grandmother choose her caregiver. My grandmother choose Mona early on in the selection process and it turned out to be a great decision. Mona is able to connect and be a cheerful friend to her clients. She always has a smile for them and I am very grateful for Mona s service during the last three years of my grandmother s life. I would recommend Mona to other families as she is able to adapt to diverse situations and be a friend to her clients. Mona is able to do the necessary duties from basic hygiene care to keeping clothes washed and household requirements. I remember calling her in a panic over emergencies, with regards to my grandmother during illness and Mona was able to work extra in times of dire need. Mona was able to keep to a schedule, reliable, respectful to the home of my grandmother but most importantly she genuinely cared for the well being of my elder grandma (who lived over 3 years in her own home with Mona s assistance) - lastly I can say I indeed recommend Mona for as a caregiver because she is a natural people person who strives to add joy to all situations.
