About Ralph

I have been working at a developmental center for the past 18 years. I sometimes supervise when needed. I work as a direct care handler with both seniors and adults with mental disabilities. My job description includes bathing, dressing, hygiene, feeding, trips, recreation, social counseling, and more. My father medically retired from his job after 25 years. He experienced stroke in 2008 three different times. The third left him severely paralyzed, and none verbal. I came to the realization that my mother and I would have to care for him for the duration of his life. He finally succumbed to his illness in the summer of 2010. We were happy that he was well cared for. It was then I decided to work in the Human Services field. Patience, love for what I do are qualities I have, and I look forward to helping where necessary.
