About Rakira

Hello parents! My name is Rakira I'm passionate about fostering children's growth and development. With five years of experience caring for children, I'm patient, calm, creative, and friendly. I can care for up to 10 children of all ages and am comfortable following the parents' lead in enforcing household rules. I have experience as a nanny and preschool teacher I love to refer to myself as a triple threat; teaching, nannying and cooking! I specialize in lesson planning different activities, cooking meals and providing nurturing care. I have First Aid Training, CPR Training, and Early Child Development Coursework. I communicate with parents about their child's day verbally at pickup and provide regular updates via text or phone call. I believe in making a positive impact on children's lives, and I'm excited about the opportunity to do so as your childcare provider. I'm confident that I can provide your child with a safe, nurturing, and enjoyable environment!
