About Rainey

I'd describe my personality as passionate, patient, and encouraging. I like working with kids because I enjoy the energy and the creativity that is constantly flowing. I find watching children learn about the world and grow as individuals extremely rewarding, and I love being able to support them through that process. I started working with kids when I was a young teenager, around 13 or 14. I used to babysit for several families around my neighborhood, and this continued through high school. In my spare time, I like to relax at home or go out to eat at fun restaurants. I love discovering new spots with great food. I am also a big fan of the outdoors. I like to spend as much time as I can outside. One thing you should know about me is how intentional I am with my time, actions, and words. I put a lot of thought into the words I choose, especially around children, and I think through my decisions very thoroughly. My skills include communication, compassion, and problem solving.
