About Raina

As a mentor, doula, birth educator, and caregiver, I have a thorough skillset and devotion to service. My support is rooted in holistic, loving care and I am passionate about community, health and wellness, and supporting families to thrive at their highest level. A few years ago, my grandma's need for help came on gradually, as she became less capable of managing the demands of daily life. I began helping her with things as I could and soon that list grew. From help around the house, to daily activities, to personal care, I assisted in my grandma's care. Since moving to Houston, I've focused on supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum but hope to expand my services and return to senior care as well. I am a born-giver with skills in patience, problem solving, and organization. In my spare time, I like to be with family, especially outside. In the rare times I find to myself, I like to read or try a new recipe!
