I've been a CNA since June of last year, and while I was still in school a few months before that, I worked as in home care for an elderly patient with early onset dementia. I currently work at nursing home with many different kinds of people, and while we don't have a memory care unit, I have a lot of experience with dementia patients. I love working as a CNA, but I'm looking for something a little more slower paced than what I'm currently doing.
