As a caregiver with four years of experience, I've discovered my passion for caring for children through previous babysitting roles. I believe in making a positive impact on their lives and supporting families by offering reliable childcare. My calm and patient nature, coupled with my creativity and approachability, allows me to connect with children and create a nurturing environment. I believe clear communication is key, so I provide daily written reports and communicate verbally at pickup, always adhering to the parents' preferred method. I prefer not to enforce strict rules but rather focus on guiding children with a gentle and understanding approach. From outdoor sports to board games and puzzles, I enjoy a range of activities with children, including educational games that promote learning. I'm comfortable caring for three children at a time and have experience with age groups ranging from infants to preteens.
