Rafiat is amazing! We have 2.5 and 4.5 year old boys, and they both adore her. She started caring for my now 4.5 year old when he was 8 months old, and in all of that time, we’ve only had positive experiences. Rafiat is always on time and follows through with her committed schedule. When watching the boys, she is patient but firm, thoughtful, follows through with our family’s routines and expectations, and maintains a fun, safe atmosphere. My oldest has ADHD and autism, and Rafiat does an excellent job addressing his sensory needs and redirecting activities when he is getting overstimulated. When I come home, our house is always clean and the boys are content. I always know the boys are in good hands and completely trust her. Rafiat became someone who feels like a part of our family, and you would be fortunate to have her care for your kids!
