Rafaela is fantastic! She's incredibly hardworking, friendly and flexible. She's helped with everything from tidying rooms and laundry to organizing and running all kinds of errands. And, our dog loves her. Rafaela is smart + has great taste. This is helpful because when I give here a vague shopping list she always picks out great things.
