Hi there, My name is Rae, and I am a certified pediatric sleep consultant. I specialize in working with little ones ages 4 months- 14 months in the sleep training process. Sleep training is the work of teaching your baby healthy, developmentally appropriate sleep habits. Families often come to me when they are struggling with sleep, perhaps their baby is waking up many times in the night, refuses to go down for naps, will only fall asleep in their arms, and so on. Contrary to popular belief, sleep does not just come naturally, and it is totally normal to be struggling with how best to meet your little one's unique sleep needs, within your unique family situation. But it is equally possible to teach your little one how to sleep independently! I absolutely love supporting families in bringing sleep back into their lives.
