About Raelene

As a friendly and patient caregiver with 30 years of experience, I am passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of children and supporting families. My journey in childcare began when I was around 13 watching my neighbors child. I believe in open and effective communication with parents, ensuring that they are well-informed about their child's day and any issues that arise. I follow their preferred communication method to keep them updated. I enjoy playing a variety of games with children, including board games, puzzles, educational games, and technology-based games and apps. I graduated in 1996 with education degree. I worked 20 years in my church nursery in infants -2 yrs. I have nannied for 1 family for 4. 5 years and I'm currently with another family part time. Have been with them for 3 years now
