Hi! My name is Rae and I am an Oregon native who has 8 years of experience working with kiddos of all ages and support needs. I have experience working within the Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) field; working one on one with neurodivergent children actively working towards set goals in a classroom setting as well as in the home, helping children with their homework, creating a safe environment and aide in daily household tasks. I am looking for a family who is seeking semi weekly childcare after regular work hours (with some flexibility on my end) and also values curiosity, resourcefulness and gratitude in their homes.
