Raechel was supposed to start work at 10 am. She texted at 10:01 that she wasn't coming because she was going back to school. She left her other job a year ago to go back to school. She was emphatic the day before that she was done with school and really wanted to work as many hours as possible. I texted her follow up questions and wanted to speak with her but got no response.
