About Rachel

I am currently a senior at Colorado Mesa University majoring in Radiologic Sciences. I have multiple years of experience caring for children, including my family-friend's children and my nieces/nephew. I am currently CPR certified and I work at the hospital twice a week doing my school clinicals for x-ray. I also have prior certifications in lifeguarding, water safety, first aid, and AED. I do have school responsibilities and a part-time retail job that have to come first, but otherwise I am very flexible. I started working with kids when I was about 12 yo. I babysat neighbor kids and my family-friend's children. I also have nieces and a nephew ranging from ages 12-1 year. I also did extracurricular activities and volunteering that involved child care in high school. My late boyfriend had a 3 yo daughter who I got to spend a lot of time with the past year. In my spare time, I like to fish, camp, and pretty much anything else outdoors. I also love to cook, bake, read, and do crafts.
