About Rachel

I have 22 years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant and 19 years experience as a Certified Medication Aide. I've worked in just about every form of healthcare including private duty, home care, medical assistant, hospice aide, long term care, skilled nursing care, rehabilitation center, surgical center and hospitals. I have several years experience as a Direct Support Professional in day services, group and in home care. I have also worked as a Residential Manager. I have experience with wound care, running errands, light housekeeping and many other tasks. I have recently ventured out on my own and excited to add you as a new client. Home care is my passion and keeping people home and out of the nursing homes. I have a van and a wheelchair accessible van for all your transportation needs.
