About Rachel

Hello! I am very reliable, patient, and creative person who has a passion for showing all the wonder of the world to a child. The bottom line is I truly enjoy being around kids. I have worked with kids (13-18) as a youth pastor and have also worked with newborns and toddlers for nearly five years. As I pride myself with being a responsible adult, I am unashamed of my silly side. This playful part of me responds really well to children because as I do believe freedom and silliness is a necessity to happiness, I also believe as figures and potential mentors in a child's life, it's our job to raise world changers who respect not only themselves, but everyone around them. As a child I adored animals and that was later pivotal in my adult life as I am now currently studying Zoology and hope to become a wildlife vet! I only say this because I love being that sense of encouragement for kids who have all sort of different passions. I look forward to meeting you and your family!
