My name is Rachel and I am a child care/special needs professional. I have experience working with children of all ages from all different circumstances and abilities. I am also open to working with teens and adults. I am caring, creative, responsible, energetic, perceptive, and engaging with a great sense of humor and a focus on person-centered care. I believe it is important to create a safe, supportive environment that fosters positive growth, development, multi-dimensional wellness and lots of fun! I have a background in teaching, including some students with special needs and have worked at a recreation program with a child with ASD. I encourage activities, humor, learning/growth opportunities, and self-sufficiency.
