About Rachel

I've always felt a passion for fostering children's growth and development. With over a decade of experience as a nanny, I have a proven track record of creating a safe and stable environment for children. My creative and imaginative nature, combined with my friendly and playful personality, allows me to cultivate joy and learning through play. As I work toward my Master's in Social Work, this role is a meaningful complement to my studies, as I hope to one day work with children professionally. When it comes to communication, I believe in regular updates with parents, either via text or phone calls, and I always follow their preferred communication method. I'm also very comfortable enforcing household rules and ensuring a consistent routine for the children in my care. I have experience caring for children of all ages, from infants to preteens, and I'm comfortable caring for up to two children at a time.
