About Rachel

I'm a childcare provider with a deep-rooted passion for nurturing the growth and development of children. Throughout my 15 years of experience, I've honed my skills in caring for kids of various ages, from infants to preteens. I believe in fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn, play, and grow. I'm a patient, creative, and friendly individual who strives to build strong relationships with both children and their families. I have worked with children with special needs as well as adults with intellectual disabilities. Currently I'm working in a school with children with disabilities as well as the group home for 10 years. I have worked at a Montessori school for 11 years with children from 6weeks to 12 years old. I keep parents updated about their child's day through verbal communication. I also respect and follow the parents' rules. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a safe and structured environment for the children
