About Rachel

I've been a childcare provider for 16 years because I'm passionate about nurturing children's growth and development. I'm patient, calm, creative, and friendly. I've had many positive experiences as a babysitter, and I've always wanted to make a positive impact on children's lives. My years of experience have given me the skills to communicate effectively with parents. I always follow the parents' preferred communication method. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules, and I enjoy playing a variety of games with children! I attended Illinois State University for Early Childhood Education, and I'm comfortable caring for children from infancy to age 11.
